Chloroprene (Neoprene) Dry/Solid General Purpose | T Type Extrusion & Calendering

SND22 is an easy processing and better crystallization resistant solid chloroprene polymer. It has good low temperature properties with better extrudability. It is designed for general purpose use in applications where finished products need more proper low temperature flexibility. Less shrinkage with collapse resistance ideal for extruded goods and calendered sheet applications. It contains no additives which affect the cure of other elastomers or contribute to the discolouration or staining of ordinary finishes. Raw polymer stability is excellent. Excessive time and temperature of storage can cause an increase in viscosity.

SND48 is an easy processing and better crystallization resistant high viscosity solid chloroprene polymer. It is designed for high loading compounding extrusion application where proper low temperature flexibility is desired. SND48 is a higher viscosity version of SND22 with better calender-ability and extrusion-ability having colapse resistance.Less shrinkage with collapse resistance ideal for extruded goods and calendered sheet applications. It contains no additives which affect the cure of other elastomers or contribute to the discolouration or staining of ordinary finishes. Raw polymer stability is excellent. TRT is an easy processing and excellent crystallization resistant solid chloroprene polymer designed for general purpose extrusion application where excellent low temperature flexibility is desired. It has excellent low temperature properties with better processability.Less shrinkage with collapse resistance ideal for extruded goods and calendered sheet applications. TRT contains no additives which affect the cure of other elastomers or contribute to the discolouration or staining of ordinary finishes. Its raw polymer stability is excellent. TW is an easy processing solid chloroprene polymer designed for general purpose extrusion application use. It is a superior extrusion and calendering grade with good tensile properties. Less shrinkage with collapse resistance ideal for extruded goods and calendered sheet applications. TW contains no additives which affect the cure of other elastomers or contribute to the discolouration or staining of ordinary finishes. Its raw polymer stability is excellent. Excessive time and temperature of storage can cause an increase in viscosity.

TW100 is an easy processing solid chloroprene polymer designed for general purpose extrusion application use. It is a higher Mooney  viscosity version of TW for high loading use.Less shrinkage with collapse resistance ideal for extruded goods and calendered sheet applications. TW100 contains no additives which affect the cure of other elastomers or contribute to the discolouration or staining of ordinary finishes. Its raw polymer stability is excellent. Excessive time and temperature of storage can cause an increase in viscosity.
